Claude Code, an AI tool, analyzed 51 Substack posts in just five minutes to identify successful and unsuccessful content patterns. This capability allows the system to generate new content ideas based on a winning formula. The AI content team built within Claude Code comprises 11 skills organized across five different content layers.

The system's capabilities extend to researching audiences and analyzing content effectiveness. It drafts posts tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, newsletters, and YouTube transcripts, and can autonomously improve itself on a monthly basis. HubSpot's collaboration with Tumblr resulted in tripling engagement and doubling content creation speed through automated email campaigns.

An orchestrator skill integrates all other skills, streamlining the content creation process. This system creates detailed content audience profiles to ensure tailored communication for specific audiences. It also builds writing styles by analyzing existing or preferred content styles.

A talking point extractor identifies viral points from various content sources, which are categorized into educational, data nuggets, spicy takes, and story sparks. The look-alike content skill scrutinizes top-performing content to pinpoint successful patterns and generate fresh content ideas. Additionally, a content enrichment tool enhances posts with extra data, stories, or case studies.

The system utilizes API keys from X, Perplexity, Firecrawl, and OpenAI to function. Monthly feedback loops analyze content performance, allowing for skill updates and improvements. The podcast hosts, who have been running the show for a couple of years, plan to cover more about the feedback loop and Claude Code in future episodes.
